Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment or full payment as per the package requirement. Once payment is received, Bakor Nature Camp starts making arrangements for food, staff, activities, accommodation, transport coordination, and campsite preparation.
- Advance Payment: To confirm the booking, guests are required to pay an advance amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or as per the payment terms shared by the management.
- Full Payment: For selected packages, group bookings, school trips, college trips, corporate outings, weekend trips, and special dates, full payment may be required in advance.
- Payment Deadline: Guests must complete the pending payment before the trip date. If the payment is not completed within the given time, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled by the management.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made through: UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm Bank Transfer Cash Payment at the campsite, only if approved by management Other payment methods shared officially by Bakor Nature Camp
- Payment Screenshot / Confirmation: fter making payment, guests must share the payment screenshot or transaction ID with the booking team for confirmation. Booking will be considered confirmed only after payment verification.
- Balance Payment: Any pending amount must be cleared before starting the package, check-in, meal service, or activity. Management has the right to hold services if the balance payment is not completed.
- Group Booking Payment: For school, college, corporate, family, and large group bookings, payment terms may vary depending on group size, food arrangement, accommodation, transport, and activity planning. Special payment terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
- Extra Charges: Any extra services taken by the guest, such as additional food, extra activities, extended stay, transportation, room upgrade, or special arrangements, must be paid separately.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Bakor Nature Camp Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds may take 7 to 10 working days.
- Important Note: By making the payment, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted the payment terms, cancellation policy, and booking conditions of Bakor Nature Camp.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellation charges apply as per booking confirmation and cancellation date.
- No Show Policy: No refund will be applicable for no-show or same-day cancellation.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the advance payment or full payment. Once the booking is confirmed, the campsite starts making necessary arrangements for the guest/group.
