Terms & Conditions
- Advance booking and written confirmation are required; cottage category and occupancy depend on availability.
- Check-in is 03:00 PM on Day 1 and cottage check-out is 01:00 PM on Day 2. Lunch is served after check-out as per the day's arrangements.
- Follow campsite staff instructions and all safety rules for swimming, archery, adventure activities and trekking.
- Outdoor activities and group entertainment may be adjusted or suspended for weather, safety or operational reasons.
- Additional beds, food, services and personal expenses are excluded unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
- Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions will be shared and confirmed in writing before booking.
- Guests are requested to respect nature, property rules and other visitors during their stay.
